Our physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and dietitians have many years of experience in the evaluation and treatment of psychological disorders, and in the psychiatric and medical care of adults, teens, and children. Kim McCallum M.D., Founder of
Webster Wellness Professionals, is Board Certified in General and in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Fellow in
the American Psychiatric Association (FAPA), Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS), is an associate professor of clinical child and adolescent psychiatry at
Washington University’s School of Medicine. Dr. McCallum has 25 years of experience treating patients with eating disorders and is the founder of McCallum Place, an
eating disorder treatment center in St. Louis, Missouri, and is Co-Founder of Cedar Springs, an eating disorder treatment center in Austin, Texas.

Dr. Flanery earned his doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Wisconsin in Madison in 1983. He is the Director of Webster Wellness Professionals, a
St. Louis eating disorder treatment center. Specific treatment interests of his are: evidence-based treatments of anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating
disorder, and other variants of eating disorders. He also is especially interested in tailoring treatment methods for males with eating disorders and weight control
concerns.
He is an adjunct associate professor of Family Medicine at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Flanery has more than 25 years of clinical experience treating eating disorders and obesity. He also has a broad background in the treatment of a variety of childhood and adolescent conditions. He uses evidenced-based methods to help individuals achieve lifetime healthy weight management and weight control. Besides authoring publications on the treatment of eating disorders and childhood health problems, he has served as Director of Eating Disorders Programs and Child/Adolescent services. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (IAEDP), Academy of Eating Disorders (AED), and the Society of Child Clinical Psychology. He is an associate editor and current reviewer of PsyCritiques, an online journal of reviews. Dr. Flanery is a frequent speaker to professional and public groups.
Ms. Massmann, M.A, LPC, NCC earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri in 1999. Ms. Massmann has joined the Webster
Wellness Professionals as a therapist for the Greenlight Weight Loss and Weight Management Program. She will be running the groups for Greenlight and offering
individual consultations for individuals working on achieving lasting, long-term healthy weight loss.
Ms. Massmann is a cognitive-behaviorally trained therapist with over 9 years of experience treating binge eating disorder, anorexia nervosa, and obesity in adults and adolescents as a staff therapist in the Departments of Psychiatry and Internal Medicine at Washington University School of Medicine. She has been part of several multi-center National Institute of Health grants including: the Treatment Options for Type 2 Diabetes in Adolescents and Youth (TODAY study) and the Comprehensive Maintenance Program to Achieve Sustained Success (COMPASS), a treatment of childhood obesity. She currently serves as a staff psychotherapist for the Comprehensive Assessment of Long-Term Effects of Reducing Intake of Energy (CALERIE study) at Washington University School of Medicine.
Dr. McCallum is a board-certified psychiatrist in child, adolescent, and in adult psychiatry. She is a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association (FAPA) and
a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) and remains an Associate Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Washington University. She received her medical degree
from Yale University, completed her adult training at UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute, and her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Washington University
School of Medicine. Dr McCallum is a member of the Academy of Eating Disorders (AED) and serves on the board of directors of the National Eating Disorder
Association (NEDA) and also the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (IAEDP). Dr. McCallum is the founder of the
Dahlia Partnership, a
non-profit organization for family support and advocacy and a NEDA affiliate in St Louis.
She has developed several eating disorder treatment programs, including inpatient, partial hospital and intensive outpatient programs. Dr. McCallum has lectured across the country on a variety of topics achieving national recognition for her skills and knowledge in treating eating disorders. She is the founder and director of McCallum Place, an eating disorder treatment center in St. Louis, and is Co-Founder of Cedar Springs, an eating disorder treatment center in Austin, Texas.
In addition to working with McCallum Place, Dr. Bishop is an Instructor in the Washington University Department of Psychiatry. She is involved in several ongoing
projects in the lab which are focused on binge eating disorder, anorexia nervosa, childhood obesity, and interpersonal and family therapies. Dr. Bishop is also
involved in clinical teaching and supervision of Washington University residents and medical students as an Instructor and Clinic Attending.
Upon completing her BA in Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA, she worked as a research assistant with Dr. Mary Morrison on a study of the effects of estrogen on depression in post-menopausal women. She then came to St. Louis to attend medical school at Washington University School of Medicine, where she also completed her residency training in general psychiatry in June 2005. After completing her residency training, Dr. Bishop completed a post-doctoral research fellowship with Denise Wilfley, Ph.D. in the Weight Management and Eating Disorders Program at Washington University.
Dr. Rudnick is a board-certified physician in Family Medicine and has been in practice for 10 years. She completed her MD and PhD at Washington University in St.
Louis and her family medicine residency at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis. She is currently on faculty at St. Louis University. Her special interests
are women's health and eating disorders. She has been caring for patients with eating disorders for the past four years and is a member of the Academy for Eating
Disorders (AED).
Jenny specializes in
nutrition counseling for eating disorders and has been working
at McCallum Place since December 2007. She has extensive
experience in working with patients in all levels of care, from
24 hour Residential Eating Disorder Treatment to Partial
Hospital and IOP as well as the outpatient level. In addition to
meal planning, she also incorporates experiential treatment in
her work with clients such as meal therapy outings and grocery
shopping. She believes in the holistic approach to health,
understanding the importance of wellness in mind, body and
spirit.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences with a major in Nutritional Sciences and an emphasis in Medical Dietetics from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is a registered dietitian and licensed in the state of Missouri. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association and locally participates in the St. Louis Dietetic Association. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, reading, practicing yoga and spending time with those she loves.
Dr. Tierney earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from St. Louis University, with an emphasis in health psychology, including obesity, disordered eating, and related conditions. She is a licensed clinical psychologist at Webster Wellness Professionals and provides services for eating disorder behaviors. Dr. Tierney has specialized training in evidenced based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). She has specific interest in the relationship between affective disorders and binge eating disorder.
Dr. Tierney completed her post-doctoral fellowship in Primary Care at the St. Louis Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri, where she was provided with extensive training in the assessment and treatment of behavioral health concerns (i.e. weight management, diabetes management, sleep difficulties, anxiety, depression, pain). She completed an APA accredited pre-doctoral internship at the St. Louis Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri, where she conducted comprehensive assessments and provided individual and group psychotherapy for male and female veterans presenting with a variety of behavioral health concerns. She also received specialized training in evidenced based therapies for weight management, sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Dr. Tierney is currently a member of the American Psychological Association, the Obesity Society, and the St. Louis Eating Disorders Network.
Dr. Bumberry earned her doctorate in
Clinical Psychology at Xavier University, with an emphasis on
child and adolescent psychology. She is a licensed clinical
psychologist at Webster Wellness Professionals, and provides
services for the full spectrum of eating disordered behaviors.
Dr. Bumberry has specialized training
in evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavior
Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and
has specific interest in the relationship between disordered
eating, self-injury, and trauma-related issues.
Dr. Bumberry completed her post-doctoral residency working at Saint Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute's Intensive Outpatient Eating Disorders Program and Psychology and Religion Program where she provided services for eating disorders and weight management. She completed an APA accredited pre-doctoral internship at the Center for Behavioral Medicine in Kansas City, where she assisted in the development and implementation of inpatient DBT services, provided individual and group therapy with an adult inpatient population, and provided outpatient therapy for a variety of child and adolescent issues. At present, she is pursuing training and certification in Family Based Treatment, also known as The Maudsley Approach, an evidence-based treatment for adolescents struggling with eating disorders. Dr. Bumberry is currently a member of the American Psychological Association, the St. Louis Psychological Association, and the St. Louis Eating Disorders Network.
Tammy earned her Master of Social Work degree from the George Warren Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis. She then spent the next 12 years at Child Center – Marygrove, Missouri’s second largest residential facility for children, teens, and young adults that provides a safe and healing environment for its residents. Here she held multiple positions: therapist, Director of Sequoia Apartment Services, and Director of Cypress Cottage’s Sex Offender Unit. She then went on to provide counseling services to college students as a therapist at St. Louis University and provided training to university staff on addressing student mental health issues and crisis response. Tammy’s areas of specialty include eating disorder treatment, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), sexual trauma, sexual behavior problems/offending, and family therapy. Tammy is presently working towards becoming a certified eating disorders specialist through Internal Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (IAEDP).
